Jonathan Roberts

Managing Director

In 1995, Jonathan co-founded DDG with Fred Thompson, grew the business to a team of 35, led the company through the sale to Asia Online and managed the subsequent buy back.

Jonathan's specialties lie in strategic sales, marketing and branding and works with our customers on projects to maximise the opportunities available to them. Jonathan is also passionate about relationship development and ensuring our customers enjoy working with DDG as well as gain significant value from the relationship.

Fred Thompson

Creative Director

Fred founded DDG with Jonathan back in 1995. Drawing upon over 20 years in the graphic design industry, Fred has directed the development of DDG through continued evolution of creative services both within the offline world through to strategic brand development, online web and electronic media.

Fred leads the creative design team, overseeing all projects and ensuring DDG continues to maintain its reputation in excellence and as an innovator in visual design and communication.

Jim Thompson

Director - Web Services

Jim joined DDG in 1998, and is responsible for online strategy, directing web and online projects and bringing together the different teams within DDG to work cohesively.

Coming from a background in management accounting, Jim's approach is strategic, precise and outcome driven. Combined with significant experience and knowledge relating to the online space, Jim works predominantly in online strategy development, and information architecture.

Conal McClure

Technical Director

Joining DDG in 2000, Conal’s role within DDG is to ensure the company maintains its position as a technical leader and innovator, to provide strategic consulting in the application of social media platforms and work with customers in strategy, design and delivery of online solutions.

Having a background in software engineering and architecture spanning 20 years, across a diverse range of industry sectors, Conal provides technical oversight for our team of developers.

The DDG Team

The DDG production team is broken into two areas resourced with different skill sets.

Online Development

Includes our team of software developers who design and implement the technology solutions ranging from web sites, online applications, database integration and social media applications. The team is led by our lead web application developer James Pepplinkhouse.

Creative Design

Development of graphic design concepts for websites, multimedia, and offline media. The design studio is managed on a day to day basis by our senior designer Gareth Jago.
