Social Media Strategy Workshop
You may have been to our Introduction to Social Media. You may even have started a Facebook page and a Twitter account.

Now what?
To be effective in utilizing Social Media, you have to have a strategic plan, not just a shopping list of sites to start accounts on. Whilst many Social Media tools are cheap, or even free, there is a cost to maintaining an effective Social Media presence. This workshop will walk you through case studies and practical exercises to help you understand how to approach Social Media from a strategic and tactical standpoint, how to assess where it may be most effective for you, and what you will require to adequately resource Social Media initiatives. You will then have an opportunity to start developing, and to seek input on, a Social Media strategy specifically for your business. If you are familiar with what Social Media is, yet have been unsure on how to make it work for your organisation, this workshop will serve as the starting point in developing your Social Media plan.

Who should attend?
Whether you are a marketer, business owner, the fundraising manager or the person in an organisation who has been told to investigate this area, this hands on workshop will be invaluable. If you have a basic understanding of the Social Media tools, this strategic workshop will provide you with the knowledge and insight to take your Social Media plan to the next level and beyond.

What will you receive? Aside from the hands-on, informative and collaborative workshop session, each attendee will also receive a strategy document outlining the Social Media landscape, along with attendee only access to a dedicated website with tools, tips, and handy advice. Book in now to avoid disappointment as places are limited and demand is strong.
