The PROMPT online application was designed and developed by DDG as an initiative of Barwon Health. The primary objective of PROMPT was to enable protocol documents to be shared and adapted across multiple hospitals, and assist in the standardisation of protocols. A reduction in resources invested in managing individual systems at each facility would be achieved by such an application.
PROMPT provides a common IT infrastructure which any hospital can use to build, store and publish their libraries. PROMPT also provides a sophisticated security engine which allows fine grained control over who is allowed to access, search and update protocol information. Other added features include the ability to version content and track who made what changes. Quality control tools also ensure documentation is regularly reviewed. A Custom Web Solution. |
